Meet Dr. Stephanie Lipnicki
I have learned many things about myself as a practitioner during the pandemic.
This is going to sound weird if you don’t know me but I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE pain. Bring me all your pain - back pain, neck pain, headaches, migraines, cramps, shoulder pain, surgery recovery, all the pain. I’m also really fond of fertility - male and female. I want to help all the folx have the babies.
I am not passionate about cosmetic acupuncture - yes, I am trained in it.
I am not passionate about Hypnosomatic Acupuncture - yes, I am trained in it.
While I can do these treatments, I think it’s best to leave them up to someone that is passionate about them so I can focus on what makes me happy.
Let me introduce you to Stephanie. I have known her for years and she is the only one I felt comfortable leaving my patients with in August when I had my hysterectomy. I have been working behind the scenes to make her a permanent part of Kismet ever since!
THE DAY HAS FINALLY COME.
Help me welcome Dr. Stephanie to Kismet Acupuncture & Apothecary. She will be available on Monday’s from 1-7 pm starting March 7th. She will be offering existing acupuncture appointments, Hypnosomatic Acupuncture, Hypnosis, Mei Zen Cosmetic treatments, Microneedling and Nanoneedling! Go to the online booking system for all the details.
Remember back in August when Katie and I did that thing while she recovered from her surgery?
If you missed it, no worries because I am going to be a permanent fixture at Kismet Acupuncture and Apothecary!
I had so much fun, Kismet felt like a home away from home and I decided to split my time between Kismet and Natural Alternatives.
If you didn’t get the chance to meet me back in August you can still get the chance.
A little about me - personally and professionally... in a mixed fashion - sort of how my brain works.
I started out on this path when I was in High School, reading a book that little did I know would change my life and set my future. I began as a Massage Therapist, graduating from Massage School the same weekend I graduated from HS.
I then attended and graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelors's in Dietetics / Nutritional Science - I already knew I wanted to be an Acupuncturist but I needed a Bachelor’s for my future plans.
Additionally, I became a licensed Aesthetician.
And then finally I attended Acupuncture School getting my Masters and became an Acupuncturist and Herbalist. I recently completed my Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine.
I have 3 kiddos, affectionately known as my minions - 18 year old twin boys and a 16 year old daughter. They are as goofy and quirky as me and they are my world.
I love treating gynecological disorders but I also have a passion for Cosmetic Acupuncture. I love knowing that I can make people feel as though their insides match their outsides - ok not in a horror film sort of way though. And my years as a massage therapist add to my experience in treating pain cases.
I am excited to bring ways to help patients maintain a youthful glow through Acupuncture and Skincare, as well as incorporating Acupuncture and Hypnosis for patients seeking and needing deeper states of relaxation from stress and what life takes out of them.
And I cannot wait to get to know you!
-Dr. Stephanie Lipnicki, LAc, DACM
