Hi! I’m Jaime and I teach meditation in Katie’s dreamy Apothecary space.
Katie and I met about a year ago. I came into her office as an acupuncture client in need of some serious zen. I didn’t know what to expect but I knew I wasn’t sleeping and held the weight of some heavy stuff. Little did I know at the time, meeting Katie would not only help me sleep better and balance my energies, but it would also open up a door for me to help others.
Most of them have not been easy, but the choice to hold space for others is always a no-brainer. In my meditations, you will have a chance to learn how to quiet your mind and breathe into openness. It will not always be easy but I promise you it is worth the 30 minutes.
September brings the end of summer and the beginning of the fall equinox. My most favorite time of year! There are so many changes happening and I love when things get shaken up.
It reminds me that there is always an opportunity to start over.
Or just start fresh.
For a lot of people that could be a scary thought. Believe me, it’s not the easiest concept to feel comfortable with. But when we start looking at change as an opportunity for something great instead of a place that used to be filled with something else, we begin to open up to exciting possibilities that we never thought of! Like leading meditations! And after all, the meaning of Kismet is Fate.
